Beauty Bits

So I'm back. Finally! First year of uni done and dusted lets just hope my results go well... but either way I can finally focus on my blog with some new and exciting things planned and coming your way.

I managed to get my hands on a tone of beauty bits including the Morphe 35o palette and Kylie Jenner's infamous lip kit in Kourt K, a way I guess to keep me going and my gosh did they give me lifeeeeee.

The Morphe palette took way too long to come for my liking and came along with a tax charge of £21 but once opened I forgot about those things. The palette is so pigmented and soft and the colors are literally to die for especially the shimmer shades. They literally glisten before you put them on - the swatches already show that.

I've already used the palette for almost a week straight trying to try different colours each time to give an honest review for you guys. I purchased the palette off the morphe brushes official website after they posted on Instagram it was now restocked and available to purchase. Other sites such as beautybay stock them but I could never keep up with their restock. Morphe posted directly to their Instagram and the process was smooth.

 As for the lipkit, I'm not even sure which I was more excited to receive. The packaging for one is so pretty; very..Kylie I suppose. The box the lipstick comes in screams edgy and the simplicity works. Not to talk of the fact the lipstick itself smells so nice; like a vanilla scent and glides on so well, no stickiness and drys almost instantly. I knew when I saw her wear the purple colour on her snapchat before she released it that I would buy it.

Last but not least I picked up a new pen eyeliner from kiko milano's new collection. It is literally my fave eyeliner and what converted me to wear eyeliner. I hated liquid liners, I always have. They are messy, take forever to dry and when they do dry, flake off after an hour. But once you put this on, it dries instantly and lasts foreverrrr. I'm taking 2 hour coach journeys from Leicester to London or an 8 hour work shift. Yaaaas honeyyyy.

And seeing as I just got my brows threaded after two and a bit months of growing them out... We can all stop to appreciate the fleek LOL.

Boots Made For Walkin'

Welcome back boos. I've been hiding these boots away for some time until I could style them as I wanted et voila. I am too in love, a total style steal and for a glorious £10...

I have endless amounts of black boots and heels as you may have already figured if you've followed this blog extensively, so I decided to switch it up! It's like now a days some girls forget that it's still okay to wear clothes that aren't from the most expensive high-street shop/ online store, who are charging £40 minimum for simple Chelsea boots. IT'S NOT THAT DEEP. One thing uni has taught me is to shop around.  I'm a bargain lover so when I find one off boutiques and stores I will always without fail go in.

Always having been a fan of bomber jackets, I sold an old black one on depop so when I got my boots I decided to get one in wine to match ugh I'm a sucker for coordinated outfits, be it the shoes and bag or jacket and AGAIN ladies; I did not get it from a brand or high-street store but ebay. Ebay is like aliexpress where there are buried treasures among the junk, you just need to know how to look for it!

As for the bodysuit, I'm honestly not sure why I don't own more of these things, everything is so much neater no wrinkles or lines from tucked in anything. Lace up bodysuits especially have been everywhere and I'm all for free the nipple, just not on myself and so I keep my laces pretty tight, it's up to you how exposed you want to be...

And because I loved my new lip colour so much I had to throw in a selfie....
